Lucky you! I gave it a try. "Sidharth" didn't know the answer, but took my phone number and assured me that the Framemaker expert was on his way to the office and would phone me upon arrival. Shortly afterward, I got an e-mail from Sidharth, saying: "I am glad that I have been able to resolve this issue for you and I have closed the case with your consent."
