I'm starting to migrate my source from CVS to Subversion, which made me realize that despite being thrown together in Adobe's Technical Communication Suite, there's no overlap between the integrated version control. FrameMaker supports SharePoint and Documentum, RoboHelp supports Subversion and MS Team Foundation Server.
No big deal, just kind of lame.
