NO Bolding of font being transfered from Frame7 into Frame10 via Acro10 ". pdf" via "Save as PDF"

Bolding of font in Frame-7 environment IS visable on-screen upon/after 
loading into Frame-10 . . .

HOWEVER . . .the Acrobat-10 SAVE AS PDF output  is "Plain/Normal".
????
I'm clue-less!!
