I use Mif2Go. It's complicated to set up, but once it's set up there is no clean-up afterwards. It's also relatively inexpensive. I had a consultant set it up for me, and I've been using it ever since. The consultant was Steve Wiseman (swiseman at context.co.il or +972-2-999-7816).
