I have installed the patch, and it allows me to open FrameMaker 10. Thank you.
Interesting aside: - When I check Control Panel > Programs and Features, it still shows Adobe FrameMaker 10.0.1. - When I check from FrameMaker's Help > About screen, it shows Version: 10.0.2.419 I was expecting to see 10.0.3 somewhere.
