Sounds like they should use the Map ID method of CSH instead of the URL call - that would make their life oh so much better ;>)

I'm actually happy with the way RoboHelp organizes the folders. My programmers, however, are used to working with just one folder. To create the generated WebHelp, RoboHelp automatically splits the FrameMaker document into HTML files and places them in a folder with the same name as the chapter name in FrameMaker. So, for a book containing 10 chapters, you have 10 folders each corresponding to the chapter in the FrameMaker book. Here's my question: Does it have to be this way? For example, if I wanted all the HTML files for all the chapters placed in just one folder, can I tell RoboHelp to do that? Thanks for any info you can provide!
