The Adobe Application Manager can also be run directly from the start menu. This may not be available to everyone. It might be a part of either of the suites I am running (TCS 3 and CS6). Very handy for updating multiple applications.

From FrameMaker this launches the Adobe Application Manager on my system which allows updates to all installed Adobe products.
