If you're working with structured FM files, you might want to check out
my MiniToc plugin. Let's you add one or more MiniTocs of various types
(lists or tables) ..

But yes .. it only works for structured files.

Based on my limited test, a .fm file may contain only one miniTOC.
If you can confirm or refute that, please do. If you know how to have more
