They way I insert screen captures is to set my screen capture program to automatically save each file to specific location, move the file to a subfolder of where the docs are, right click on the file and select Copy Path to Clipboard, insert the file using ALT+f,i,f and paste the path to the file. I find this to be relatively fast.
Copy Path to Clipboard is a free utility that you can find with a google search. (Actually there are several.) I find the Copy Path to Clipboard utility saves me a lot of time.
