I reviewed Acrobat 1.0 in 1993. I wonder if I have a copy around somewhere? I know I ridiculed Adobe for thinking they could sell the reader. At one point they were trying to get customers to use PDFs on CD-ROMs and they wanted something like $7 for each disc that bundled the reader.
