Hi, I do not know if you solved your problem - but you should check the Autoconnect setting.
Use Format > Customize Layout > Customize Text Frame... in the text frames on both Body Pages and Master pages. Make sure the Autoconnect is checked in all. If it is not Fm can not automatically generate new pages from Body pages when adding text.
