Unless you script something, that's Working As Intended (e.g., reviewers might need to see condition indicators to be able to follow the intent).
-------- Original Message -------- Subject: [Framers] condition indicator for table rows - suppress from PDF ? From: "Monique Semp" <[1][email protected]> Date: Wed, May 25, 2016 4:27 pm To: <[2][email protected]> Hello, Framers, Now that Im far enough along in my new doc with its several conditions, Im generating a PDF. But... unless I clear the Show Condition Indicators, the table rows that have condition indicators (shading inside the cell borders) end up with that shading in the PDF. But Im hoping that theres a way to show the condition indicators in the FrameMaker view but not end up with them in the PDF? (Its really nice to see the indicators in Frame, and Id hate to lose that or have to remember to turn this off every time I create a PDF.) Thanks for the tips, -Monique _______________________________________________ This message is from the Framers mailing list Send messages to [3][email protected] Visit the list's homepage at [4]http://www.frameusers.com Archives located at [5]http://www.mail-archive.com/framers%40lists.frameusers.com/ Subscribe and unsubscribe at [6]http://lists.frameusers.com/listinfo.cgi/framers-frameusers.com Send administrative questions to [7][email protected] References 1. mailto:[email protected] 2. mailto:[email protected] 3. mailto:[email protected] 4. http://www.frameusers.com/ 5. http://www.mail-archive.com/framers%40lists.frameusers.com 6. http://lists.frameusers.com/listinfo.cgi/framers-frameusers.com 7. mailto:[email protected]
