Hi Karen, I checked with FM 2015 on PC: The glyph palette shows more characters, that is true, but only characters that really are part of the font have a correct wysiwyg preview. If you click on the "ć", a question mark is shown in the text, which is the expected result.
As far as I can tell, you should "upgrade" the Helvetica font... It will be a little bit more expensive, but it is the best way to have a consistent design throughout all different languages.
