I have to admit to being Master Page phobic - whenever I can, I build new
files/books using existing ones as a template. This means when I have to make
changes to the Master Page setup, I'm in trouble.

I am repurposing an old template for Release Notes into a new version with new
branding for a new product. The problem comes in controlling the page layout.

Generally, our Release Notes are a single, double-sided sheet of paper. The
front page has a branded header and the back page has a branded footer.

The Master Page setup has 3 pages:

* First (3 of 3) with branded header

* Right (2 of 3) with simple footer contain part # and page #

* Left (1 of 3) with branded footer.

If I push the contents to a 3rd page, I get 4 pages in total. Page 1 has the
branded header, page 2 has the branded footer, pages 3 and 4 have a simple
footer with part and page #s. This is totally the wrong order and it has 1 page
too many.

What I want is if the Release Notes extend to a third page, I would get:

*     3 pages only

* page 1 has the branded header

* pages 2 has a simple footer with part and page #s

* page 3 has the branded footer.

Or, if the Release Notes extend to a fourth page, I would get:

*     4 pages only

* page 1 has the branded header

* pages 2 and 3 have simple footers with part and page #s

* page 4 has the branded footer.

How do I set this up?
