I opened up Robohelp in TCS 2017 to import my Frame book and chapter files and create a help file. When I tried importing or linking my Frame files, I got an error message saying that Frame was not installed. Obviously it was, they both installed with the TCS installation. I searched on Adobe forums and found that others were having this problem too. Adobe’s temporary solution is to reinstall Frame 2015 on your system. They claim they’ll have a bug fix out next month.
How did Adobe QA miss this? This is a critical, show stopper bug. How the hell did they not catch this? Unbelievable. -Gillian _______________________________________________ This message is from the Framers mailing list Send messages to [email protected] Visit the list's homepage at http://www.frameusers.com Archives located at http://www.mail-archive.com/framers%40lists.frameusers.com/ Subscribe and unsubscribe at http://lists.frameusers.com/listinfo.cgi/framers-frameusers.com Send administrative questions to [email protected]
