I had the same issues on W7. With W8.1 on a new computer it happens very seldom. I still use FM7.2 (unstructured) as it has all I need. I did purchase both FM9 and 10 but didn't find them good enough to go through the learning curve with the new interface. Ragnar Hanas, MD Uddevalla Hospital Sweden
