Close Frame.
Set default print driver to PDF print driver and the settings you want.
Next, open Frame and Open all the files in the book.
If there are some you don't want in PDF of book, you can temporarily
remove.
Usee Print book, and select option Default PDF bookmarks - even if
"default" does not have bookmarks chosen you want. Add and remove
bookmarks. Print book to single file (name.ps) in In directory. In Frame,
save all files in book twice. May need to do this a couple of times, but
then settings should "stick" - even if you use save as PDF instead of
printing the book.

Does anyone know how to get acrobat/framemaker to remember the PDF bookmark
setup from one printing to the next? It is so annoying setting it up every
time a reprint a book.

(This is in the dbx you get when you do Save as PDF. I'm using FM 2015.)
