Where but on a FrameMaker list would you find an expert opinion about when it's the wrong tool for a particular job?
Doing complicated topic reuse using FrameMaker's conditional text is possible, but it's a painful and time-consuming kludge compared with tools that make it easy to assemble multiple books from a pool of topics. The tradeoff is that FrameMaker is better at PDFs than any of those tools. Even if in your opinion they do, we don't need to hear it. _______________________________________________ This message is from the Framers mailing list Send messages to [email protected] Visit the list's homepage at http://www.frameusers.com Archives located at http://www.mail-archive.com/framers%40lists.frameusers.com/ Subscribe and unsubscribe at http://lists.frameusers.com/listinfo.cgi/framers-frameusers.com Send administrative questions to [email protected]
