I too have no issues with using FM 7.2 on a Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit system. There are other more annoying issues besides the usual need to relearn how to do anything special related to the user interface.
The primary issue I have with Windows 10 is its all-too-frequent, workflow-disruptive decision to reset default apps to a Microsoft application. For example, I set Adobe Acrobat as my default application for PDF files, but M$ decides now and then to change the default to Microsoft Edge, a horrible choice. The same kind of thing happens when confronted with an image file in the png or jpeg format. Instead of accepting Photoshop as the defined default, I find it is often changed against my will to Photos as the default application! Dennis...
