The strong market for Flare training is a direct result of many people
finding that it has a steep learning curve.

But there are lots of tutorials out there, including MadCap's own.
Many libraries offer free access to Lynda.com.

Also, FrameMaker import is excellent, so you can import some of your
FrameMaker projects and look at them in Flare to see how topic files
relate to FrameMaker headings and so on.
