Depending on your licensing model, your installation media may be available through the licensing server or your Adobe.com account.
You'll need to deactivate FM on the old machine first. On the new machine, load Acrobat Pro first & keep an eye on FM so that it doesn't clobber the Acrobat version with the "headless" one that ships with FM. ________________________________ From: Framers <framers-bounces+jeff.coatsworth=jonasclub....@lists.frameusers.com> on behalf of Theresa de Valence <[email protected]> Sent: September 28, 2020 1:39 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [Framers] (Re)install Frame 12 and Acrobat Pro 10 Hope you folks can give me some guidance. On a new box (Win 10) I'd like to install Frame 12 and Acrobat Pro 10. Am I correct in believing that Frame 12 can be downloaded from Adobe website account? I have the DVD for Adobe Acrobat Pro 10. I remember something tricky about loading one of those programs first, but don't remember which one. Thanks for all the great reading you framers have given me over the years.
