- I have tried .PNG and .TIFF plus JPEG-2000, which resulted in the same message.
- I can successfully import some JPEG's but I don't understand how they differ from the ones that fail. Any thoughts on what the error message might mean? Is there any way to ask Adobe? Thanks.
