I have a 240 page pdf of Steam Combination Oven Cookbook for a Miele oven. The document orginally was made by Miele, but someone unknown inserted a reduced front+back cover as page 2 (which I have now removed to the back of the book). Now the document prints correctly. So the new problem is that a correct display in Acrobat in a Two Page View would be Single First Page, then a display of 2 + 3, 4 + 5, etc. How do I achieve this?
