You should be able to enter the character in the Find field using the Alt code, then choose a replacement, and use Find Next + Replace (carefully!) to verify desired results.
If the Find dialog doesn't let you enter the Alt code, enter it in Notepad or something, copy it, and paste the copied en dash into FM Find field. Are you not able to do either of these?
