Additionally to the export dialog functionality described in spec
http://specs.openoffice.org/appwide/dialog_ide/Export_single_dialog_from_library.odt
it's now also possible to (re-)import single dialogs represented
by *.xdl files. The new features also allows to merge additional
languages supported by the imported dialog into the target library.
