there is. 'being discussed', actually.

that's something else, though. the plips might very well stay in that state even though they're generally accepted, imho.

how so? we need to have a look at all of them again anyway. plus there's only one day left for submission, so most of them can be assigned for good by monday or so anyway. i think assigning them first and then potentially removing them again only causes unnecessary confusion...

also, that's what we've got the psc for ;-) i think it's a useful feature and it's just being held up by a permissions issue.

there is no feature to add _pending_ plips, though, and imho that's quite different than adding accepted plips.

so, all in all i'm -1 for adding them right away.
