I have prepared a review bundle for PLIP 220:

this is a standard buildout, so you can get everything up and running
using the standard mantra:
svn co https://svn.plone.org/svn/plone/review/plip220-browserlayer
cd plip220-browserlayer
python2.4 bootstrap.py
bin/buildout
bin/instance fg
This buildout is very simple: it pulls in the existing
plone.browserlayer egg and adds installation and migration code to
CMFPlone to install it in the Plone site.
