When creating a 3.1 site, 'b-org localrole plugin' is available as an
extension profile.
I suspect that it should be hidden, via the HiddenProducts utility in
CMFPlone/setuphandlers.py.
I don't know why it's not installed via that extension profile, though.
Perhaps it should be?
