This should work fine now. I was not able to reproduce the issue itself
before some other commits. But I followed the steps in the review and the
results I have got were correct (strictly following the steps I have got
only one document listed after getting back to the results at the end). I
assume the issue was a mix of bugy popstate event in Chrome and missing
Modernizr library. Both of these had been fixed by now, so the is not
valid anymore.
Tested in Chrome 13, Firefox 4.0.1, Safari 5.0.5, Opera 11.1 (even though
the location bar is not updated in this browser, I have got one result
whne getting back to the search)
