As my thoughts turned to a program of early animations by Reynaud and Cohl <http://www.cinemateca.pt/Programacao.aspx?id=15011> I'll attend tonight at the Cinemateca Portuguesa it occured to me that I never inquired here on Frameworks about members/kindred spirits in Lisbon, Porto, or elsewhere in Portugal.
