Hello again, Thanks to everyone who contacted me about the Michelson essay. I have managed to find a source for a PDF scan. By the way, the essay some from a special issue of Film Culture devoted to the 1966 New York Film Festival, which is apparently a somewhat rare and hard to find issue. But based on the table of contents, it looks fascinating.
