I’ve had big problems with Cinelab in terms of wait time (3-6 months (which
actually was a big encouragement for home processing)).

But for scanning on the East Coast I love Gamma Ray in Boston - amazing
quality, speed, and price and Perry, the owner, is really good about
communicating.
