Defrost it. Put it onto a split reel. If it's single perf rewind it onto a new reel so you get A-wind. Roll it onto individual daylight reels. Put the daylight reels into cans with dessicant packs (DO NOT EAT packs), leave overnight for them to equalize, then freeze them.
