My method is Dwayne’s for developing, including a thumb drive in the package,
and arranging for them to mail it to Nicki for scanning, and then everything
gets sent back to me.

Nicki always does a great job, very helpful, excellent prices, 6.5K overscans,
and she hasn't batted an eye when I've sent in film for scans that were soaked
in food etc.
They're setting up in-house development services, and in the meantime work with
3rd parties for processing - the one stop shop option is convenient & saves on
$hipping.
20% discount if you have a student ID, and I think "bulk rates" apply if you're
sending in over 4 cartridges/reels of the same type of film for processing.
