That looks like a very old 16/35 Steenbeck, if it has all the parts for both formats. It’s pre-1980 or so. Jeff Kreines

sorry, forgot to include the photos:
there is a 35mm Steenbeck for free. It’s already disassembled for pickup. I dunno the location, it’s somewhere in Germany. Seems to need some maintenance work...
