You are receiving this because you are now on my mailing list, and will be receiving about four emails a year. /Please/ reply with "unsubscribe" in the subject line if you wish to be dropped. Even if you're a good friend, no hard feelings if you wish to be dropped. I know many of us are drowning in email. You can always check my Web site <http://www.fredcamper.com/> for updates.

I have just released four new films, as I am calling my digital videos: /Interactions 19: St. Louis Five <https://vimeo.com/video/994585187>, Interactions 20: Views 1, St.Louis <https://vimeo.com/video/994591266>, / /Interactions 21: Albuquerque <https://vimeo.com//994592426>, /and Interactions 22:Bloomington-Narmal, 2 <https://vimeo.com/video/994600276>.

Two articles on my work were recently published, a piece on <https://ultradogme.com/2024/06/10/fred-camper-interactions/>/Interactions <https://ultradogme.com/2024/06/10/fred-camper-interactions/> /by Liam Kenney and a review of my book <https://logosjournal.com/article/fred-campers-seeking-brakhage/>/Seeking Brakahg <https://logosjournal.com/article/fred-campers-seeking-brakhage/>e/, which collects my writing on Stan Brakhage over the course of 56 years, by Brian Hischier. I liked both pieces, finding that each got at things important to me in the work being discussed.

Finally, I will be hanging much recent work, almost all from /Weeks and Months/ of which little has been seen, on the fourth four of my studio building, the Bridgeport Art Center. There will soon be over fifty works on view, many or I hope all in time for the upcoming open studios event <https://www.bridgeportart.com/exhibitions/open-studios/>on Friday, August 16, from 7 to 10 PM. I will participate in this, ready to talk and with more work you can page through, for the first time since before the pandemic.

After the event, you can visit my work, in two different locations on the fourth floor, whenever the building is open, which is Monday to Saturday 8 AM to 6 PM and Sunday 8 AM to noon, with occasional closings on holidays, or early closings the day before some holidays. This new hanging of my work should be up for at least three months.

Only a small amount of/Weeks and Months/ <https://www.fredcamper.com/A/WeeksandMonths/index.html> works are on my site now, not including any of the work that will be on view, though the plan is eventually to put much more up. This is a very large project, that commenced after a year of lockdowns in March 2021 with my photographing groups of images of a different subject each day for almost two years, and then making works of art using different images for each day, week, month, and year. The subjects are quite diverse, from plants in a vacant lot a block away from my apartment and online images of the war in Ukraine to Bourges Cathedral in Bourges, France and Hagia Sophia in Istanbul.
