Thanks to Abigail Knox for updating the Flicker list of experimental
film venues worldwide.

Abigail diligently weeded out inactive links, corrected a few others,
and added some new ones.
The inactive venues are in a new section entitled "Gone but not
forgotten."
There is a link near the top of the page to submit changes: additions,
corrections, deletions. I welcome all to have a look and submit any
changes.
It has been some time since I've done any updates to the
Flicker/hi-beam.net site (other than the weekly listings and
announcements), so Abigail's work is much appreciated.
