What about Ian Hugo’s “Venice Étude”? I haven’t seen it for years, but my
memory is of lots of glass, mirrors, etc. (I have a 16mm print that I could
dig out if needed!)

And speaking of mirrors, there’s Jesse McLean’s “I’m in Pittsburgh and it’s
Raining,” where we see a mirror being made. (Oh, and she has work in progress
called “Cut Glass<https://jessemclean.com/everythingmustgo>”!)

I’m sure this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Best,
Roger

Hi all,

I’m researching experimental film / artists cinema / moving image installation
et al. featuring glass, glass making, and/or where glass is a central
component. Broadly conceived.

Initial list :
Bert Haastra GLASS
John Smith SLOW GLASS
Mary Helena Clark THE GLASS NOTE
Jerome Hiler CINEMA BEFORE 1300
Tracy Szatan BRAIDED SAND

Others that come to mind?
