This a reminder being sent out to everybody to attend this important meeting. I look forward to a fruitful discussion. Hope to see you all there.
Jay Hudson The Millennium Film Workshop is in serious trouble. We are in serious risk of losing our East Village location that has been our home since 1975. If the Millennium does not survive, the ramifications will be deeply felt throughout the community. Now is the time to rally and save this important institution where so many important filmmakers have shown and made their work over the years. If the community at large comes together and shows their support through actions, resources, and ideas, the Millennium will surely survive. The focus of this meeting will be two-fold. First, there will be a report on the current status of the Millennium. Second, we want to open it up to the public. The Millennium is at a crossroads. We want to hear what people value about the Millennium. More importantly, we want to hear what people would like to see the Millennium become. Tell everyone you know and have them tell everybody they know. This is the time to come together to save this important institution. Public Meeting to Save the Millennium Sunday, September 18 7:30pm Millennium Film Workshop 66 E 4th btw 2nd and Bowery Feel free to email me at this address if you have any questions or comments. It is important that people take the time to come. It is through YOUR efforts that we will pull through in this difficult time _______________________________________________ FrameWorks mailing list [email protected] https://mailman-mail5.webfaction.com/listinfo/frameworks
