Film Technology lab in Hollywood has a perforator, though I don't know if they 
provide this as a service generally.  I was planning to work on preserving 
Louis Hock's SILENT REVERSAL there, partly because the new 16mm prints need to 
be outfitted with 8mm perfs to be shown correctly.
