Grand Detour is Proud to announce the call to entries for the first annual Experimental Film Fest Portland. Picking up where the wonderful PDX Fest Left off, Grand Detour is picking up the pieces and trying to bring an experimental film fest back to Portland. www.effportland.com We're looking for films under 15 min. and installations.
