PROFILES
Gabriel Abrantes, George Kuchar, Naomi Uman, Sung-A Yoon

Four filmmaker profiles, from young promises Gabriel Abrantes and Sung-A Yoon
who deal playfully with the limits and conventions of traditional fiction and
documentary film, to Naomi Uman’s return to the land of her great-grandparents
(Kalendar and Videodiary 2-12006 to Present) and the now classic Weather
Diaries series by the unique George Kuchar, who sadly left us in 2011.

REVERBERANCES
Robert Gardner - Robert Fenz, Thomas Harlan - José Filipe Costa, Masao Adachi -
Philippe Grandrieux & Eric Baudelaire

A series of revisitations and reverberations: dialogues between then and now,
between different generations and traditions, exploring ways of seeing and
thinking cinema, politics, documentary and ethnography.
