Hello Frameworkers,
Yet again I¹ve missed the ³This Week² list. The 24th Onion City Experimental Film and Video Festival (organized by Chicago Filmmakers) opens this Thursday and runs through Saturday (June 21-23). Despite being a day shorter, we actually have more programs than ever thirteen different programs in fifteen slots (two repeats), with work from The Philippines to Bulgaria and many points in between.
