Chuck Kleinhans Yes, it was a variety of laws. The cops would also do sting operations. The LAPD and Burbank PD drove the old Hollywood Valley Film Labs out of business in the late 70s. They'd been doing 16mm porn for years. I think it was the bulk of their work after a while!
