There used to be a procedure where you could order direct from Kodak and have them hold it at the "will call" area at the distribution center. I don't know if you can still do that and pick it up in NYC or not, but call the 800 number and ask. I always liked doing that since you save shipping costs.
B&H, though, will order and sell MP products and they still keep some on hand.
