yes, alas there is a fee. It is offered in conjunction with University
California, Berkeley.  I think the cost is $500, I argued when it was $750
so now it is a bit less. I would chagre about $200k. Have more students

from a variety of political, social, technological and aesthetic factors.
Through readings, online discussions threads and watching an array of
movies, you gain an understanding of how this art form grew from invention
