Yeah, it sure does. BBC used to be simpler and cheaper when not repped by T3, but T3 persuaded all sorts of people to let them be their middle man (CBS as well, for example, which BBC was also covering), so that introduced more fees. But there were always fees for new transfers. The folks at T3 are nice enough, but it is a larger, profit-driven company.
