I don't know about Spain but you can rent a variety of 65mm camera including some crazy new automated one from 3D Consortium in the UK.
I would talk to Arri Rental as well. The 70mm backs for Hasselblads are rigged for aerial film perfs which are closer to the edges of the film than those of cine film.
