[Frameworks] Uploading long dv video online, youtube, etc.

Hi, I am having a lot of trouble uploading my films online. Theoretically, 
everything is checked and right with youtube, but after 9 hours, each time it 
says cannot upload. I've tried different methods. Is there some trick to this? 
Thanks in advance if anyone has any ideas.
