Arnold's feature Luminous Procuress was distributed by New Line in the 1970s on 16mm. This document states that the Walker Art Center and Pacific Film Archive "have begun" preservation on it. Worth checking into. http://www.fiafnet.org/pdf/AR2013/2013_Berkeley.pdf I was also going to suggest getting in touch with the Steven Arnold Archive, though I would be very (happily!) surprised if they had any prints available for loan. Their SD transfers seem to be of good quality. They no doubt approved the screening of Luminous Procuress that happened at the Spectacle microcinema in Brooklyn last month.
